Looking up at the skyline of Music City, you’ll find the Grand Hyatt Hotel right in the center. This is no coincidence. The hotel was built to be a centerpiece of Nashville hospitality, and it shows. In addition to its prime location, this hotel also boasts stunning views from its rooms and its many restaurants. The Grand Hyatt has 8 different restaurants, bars, and lounges. We chose to review the Tower Hill Bar & Grille because it overlooks the city and has amazing sunset views. But would we love it? Let’s find out…

Awards and Recognition

The hotel has won many awards, including the “Best Hotel in Nashville” in 2018 by Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards. It has also been recognized as a “Best Hotel in Nashville” by U.S. News & World Report, and “Top 10 Hotels in Nashville” by Once Upon a Time Magazine. The hotel also has the distinction of being the only hotel with direct access to the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Grand Ole Opry, and the Ryman Auditorium.

Beat season to visit

Nashville is a year-round destination, but there are a few things you should know. The winters are cool, with an average temperature of 45 degrees Fahrenheit. But the summers are hot, with an average temperature of 90 degrees. If you visit in the spring or fall, you will enjoy pleasant temperatures with pleasant crowds. During the spring and fall, booking a hotel room will be much easier. But do plan your travel around the city’s events. The CMA Fest, a music festival held in June, is the city’s largest event. July is also a busy month at the city’s hotels.

Amenities

The hotel boasts many amenities for both leisure and business travelers. Among them are a Grand Ballroom and smaller meeting rooms, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool. The pool is the largest rooftop swimming pool in the city. It has lounge chairs and cabanas, a poolside grill, and a tiki bar. There is also a full-service spa. If you need to do some work while on your trip, you can take advantage of the hotel’s business center. Or you can ask the concierge to help you find the right business services.

The Good

The Grand Hyatt Hotel in Nashville lives up to its reputation. The outside of the hotel is beautiful and imposing, but the inside is even more impressive. The hotel has a lobby with high ceilings and marble floors. There are impressive works of art on the walls, and a beautiful piano in the center of the room. The hotel also has an indoor and outdoor pool, a gym, and a spa. The hotel also has a lot of restaurants and bars, like the famous 6th Floor Bar. The views from the Grand Hyatt are unbeatable. On the rooftop, you can sit at the pool or at one of the bars and look out over the city. From there, you can see the river, the city skyline, and the famous music row.

The Bad

The only bad things about the hotel are the cost and the crowds. The hotel is not cheap, and it is one of the most expensive hotels in the city. You can expect to pay around $300 a night. The hotel is also very busy. It is very popular and is a favorite among tourists and business travelers. So expect a lot of people in the hotel. The restaurants and bars can get very crowded.

Restaurant and Dining at Tower Hill

Tower Hill Bar & Grille is the only rooftop restaurant in the city. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The views from the city are amazing, especially during sunset. We highly recommend eating dinner at Tower Hill. The menu is seasonal, so you can expect to find fresh produce and fish. The menu is also vegetarian and vegan friendly. The menu has plenty of options for everyone. We tried the spicy prawn tacos, which were delicious. For dessert, we tried the rhubarb crumble, which was also very tasty. The service is great, and the staff is super friendly. They make you feel welcome and at home.

Getting there

The Grand Hyatt is located in the heart of Music City. You can walk to all the major tourist attractions from the hotel. But if you plan to explore the city a little more, you can get there by cab or public transportation. If you go by cab, you can use the hotel’s shuttle service. You can also take the city bus. The hotel has a shuttle service that runs every 20 minutes. You can also take the city bus to get to the hotel. The closest bus stop is at 5th Avenue South and Broadway, which is 2 blocks away from the hotel.

Final Words

The Grand Hyatt in Nashville is a great hotel. It has stunning views, excellent service, and many amenities like a fitness center and a spa. The hotel is also conveniently located in the heart of the city, near all the major tourist attractions. If you visit in the summer, beware of the heat. But if you visit in the spring or fall, expect pleasant temperatures and smaller crowds. Whatever time of year you visit, make sure to stay at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. Now, you know everything there is to know about the hotel and can decide if it’s right for you!
